Sauna
Perched on the banks of river Usk, the sauna is close by to the Campsite and Courtyard Wing at Penpont.
Designed and built by Forrest, the sauna is crafted from cedar, Douglas fir and larch from Penpont. It is insulated with sheep’s wool and heated by an Estonian wood stove. There is a comfortable changing shelter and deck to enjoy the views and river-life.
The Usk river provides an exhilarating cold plunge, and there are water buckets available.
Booking your Session
We run regular communal sessions, which can be booked through the following link.
